Optimol Lubrication, distributor of Castrol Industrial, Memolub, Cogelsa and Ottech across the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Luxembourg, announces the acquisition of the French company Greenfluid, a well-established distributor of Castrol Industrial and Oltech products with recognized expertise in metalworking fluids. Through this acquisition, Optimol Lubrication becomes the sole and exclusive distributor of Castrol Industrial products in France, significantly reinforcing its footprint in one of Europe’s key industrial markets.
The integration of Greenfluid aligns with Optimol Lubrication’s broader growth strategy to expand its lubrication and metalworking solutions across the industries it already serves—including automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, and heavy machinery. This acquisition not only strengthens the company’s technical expertise in metalworking solutions but also opens the door to new markets, customers, and industrial applications across France.
