There are 9 main frequency settings available that are suitable for most industrial applications, aswel the option to control your MEMOLUB^® VISIO EP by PLC. They are programmed by selecting your preferred setting with the MEMOLUB^® VISIO KEY on the MEMOLUB^® VISIO MEMO BASE. With the help of stroke washers the amount of lubricant discharged per lube cycle is adjustable. Installing one, or a combination of multiple stroke washers, into the fitting will limit the stroke length of the piston inside the lubricator and leads up to 80 possible frequency/volume settings.

A POWERFUL AND EFFICIENT PUMP

The MEMOLUB^® VISIO EP pump is engineered to deliver powerful output pressure (25bar/350psi) and is capable of pumping low- and high viscosity lubricants at extreme temperatures. Thanks to the patented electro-mechanical technology inside MEMOLUB^® VISIO EP, the system is safe for the negative consequences of system back-pressure.

Monitoring system with visual feedback.

The MEMOLUB® VISIO is the very first MEMOLUB® automatic lubricator with an onboard monitoring system that provides visual feedback via the integrated LED-lights in the translucent MEMOLUB® VISIO MEMOBASE. Get visually notified whenever your automatic lubricator has an empty cartridge, a low battery, more unlikely runs into an mechanical failure or is operating smooth as desired.

MEMOLUB® OIL R-500 COMPATIBLE

MEMOLUB® OIL R-500 is a refillable 500cc reservoir for oil applications, compatible with MEMOLUB^® Visio.

POWERED EXTERNALLY.

The MEMOLUB^® VISIO EP features a build-in 6-DIN socket to supply 24V power to the lubricator. In addition there is an option to add a battery pack as a backup in case of power outages.
