This strategic acquisition includes the purchase of Optimol Lubrication BeLux, Optimol The Netherlands, Optimol Lubrication France, as well as Greenfluid.
This acquisition enables Telko to enter new markets and provides a platform for further growth in Western Europe, making Telko one of the largest distributors of Castrol Industrial in the world. The acquired companies are leading distributors of premium industrial specialty lubricants from Castrol and Cogelsa, including high-performance lubricants, metalworking fluids, and other general industrial lubricants, in France and the Benelux.
